Worker Injured When Drum Roller Pins Him Into A Semi-Truck

A worksite accident in the 34-thousand block of Route-E in Moniteau County sends one person to the hospital with serious injuries.

The highway patrol says it happened early Monday afternoon when a drum roller backed into 51-year-old Troy Bellemy, of Independence, who was trying to hook up equipment.

Bellemy suffered serious injuries when he was pinned between the roller and a semi-truck.

He was flown to University Hospital.
