Water Search Was to Continue Today (Sunday, 10/6/2024) at Lake of the Ozarks

The highway patrol was to continue a water search today looking for a woman who reportedly jumped from a boat and did not resurface at Lake of the Ozarks.

No official information has been released by the highway patrol, but it is known that emergency personnel responded around 3:45 Saturday afternoon to around the 45-mile marker of the main channel near Cartwright Cove.

The search was suspended and expected to resume today.
