A warrant’s out for a Missouri man accused of causing a fatal motor vehicle crash in Laclede County last May.
57-year-old Robert Leroy Koehler of Success faces charges of operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner, DWI, and DWI leading to serious physical injury.
28-year-old Mary Margaret Gladbach died in the crash on May 28th on State Highway 32 west of Route B.
Investigators say Koehler cross the centerline in his Dodge Ram truck and hit the back of a trailer.
They say his truck then slammed into Gladbach’s vehicle.
Investigators say Koelher had a .23 blood alcohol content when he was tested a short time later at a Springfield hospital.
