Two Lebanon Residents Injured In Accident On Interstate 44

Two Lebanon residents are seriously injured in a two-vehicle accident shortly before 6:00 this (Fri) morning on Interstate-44 at the 118 mile marker in Laclede County.

The highway patrol says it happened when 18-year-old Tanner Casey hit 49-year-old Matthew McKnight from behind sending both vehicles off the highway.

Both, Casey and McKnight, were seriously hurt and taken to Mercy Hospital.
