Tunas Resident Killed In Benton County Crash Involving Semi Truck

One person is dead after a two-vehicle accident shortly before 9:30 Monday night on Highway-65 at Route-CC in Benton County.

The highway patrol report indicates that it happened when a freightliner driven by 49-year-old Cesar Espinoza, of El Paso, Texas, turned in front of the pickup driven by 84-year-old William Bishop of Tunas.

Bishop was pronounced at the scene.

Espinoza was not injured.
