Stover Man Picked Up By Morgan County FAST For Several Charges

A 52-year-old from Stover is among the latest taken into custody by the Morgan County Fugitive Apprehension Security Team.

The Morgan County Sheriff’s Office says that Joel Carroll, Junior, had been wanted for failing to appear on charges of possessing amphetamine, second-degree domestic assault and resisting arrest.

Carroll was being held without bond in the Morgan County Jail.
