A 29-year-old man from Stover is injured late Saturday night when he was ejected from a Jeep he was a passenger in while it was being turned in the 19-thousand block of Highway-FF in Morgan County.
The highway patrol says Reed Harms was not wearing a seat belt and suffered moderate injuries.
According to the highway patrol reports, Harms had also been arrested earlier after a separate DWI accident.
Harms was identified later by the patrol as a passenger who was ejected from the Jeep driven by 45-year-old Michael Ehren of Eldon.
Ehren was not injured, However, he was taken to the Morgan County Jail and put on a 24-hour hold accused of felony DWI and driving-related issues…he was being held on a $250-thousand bond.
