Stoutland Man Dies in Laclede County Accident

A 43-year-old Stoutland man is dead after a one-car accident late Monday afternoon on Highway-T, two miles south of Stoutland, in Laclede County.

The highway patrol says it happened when the car traveled off the roadway before striking a bridge retaining wall and catching on fire.

The driver was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead on the scene.
