Stargazers Get To Enjoy Jupiter For The Next Few Days

Night owls and astronomy lovers get a chance, at least for the time being, to enjoy a good view of Jupiter…rock #5 from the sun.

Jupiter is the biggest planet in the solar system and those who were awake early enough today (Wednesday) with a pair of binoculars were probably also treated to a glimpse of Jupiter’s four moons which were first discovered in 1610.

The clear view of Jupiter comes at a time when it and the Earth are the closest to each other in 59 years.
