Sex Offender Arrested in Morgan County

The Morgan County Fugitive Apprehension Security Team takes another sex offender off the streets.

Sheriff Norman Dills says that 41-year-old Randy Sills had been wanted on felony probation and parole warrants for second-degree statutory rape and failure to register as a sex offender.

Sills was taken into custody in Rocky Mount and is now being held without bond in the Morgan County Jail.
