Salvador Perez Named Roberto Clemente Award Recipient

What an honor for Royals catcher Salvador Perez….being named the Roberto Clemente Award recipient.

This goes to a player showing great humanitarian efforts off the field, community service endeavors off the field.

And Salvador Perez has certainly checked that box a number of times, that including his donation of $8 million to the Royals youth Academy in Kansas City.

And that’s just one in a number of great efforts by Salvi Perez, future Hall of Famer, possibly, but great humanitarian.

We know that for sure.
