Royals Win Again In Streak Against White Sox As Cardinals Face Red Sox Friday Night

Don’t look now, but the Kansas City Royals have taken three of four from the Chicago White Sox after a dramatic walk -⁠off winner yesterday.

Freddie Firmin, the game -⁠winning bunt hit, in the bottom of the ninth inning, broke a 3 -⁠3 tie and gives the Royals a 4 -⁠3 win.

Barlow was the winner in relief, and the Royals, incrementally getting closer to 500.

Long way to go, there are 12 and 27 on the season.

Cardinals will begin a series tonight against the Boston Red Sox on the road after a day off yesterday.

Meanwhile, the Royals will get back at it on the road inside the NL Central against the Milwaukee Brewers.
