Richland Man Injured When Truck Rolls Off The Roadway

A Richland man is injured in a one-vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon on East State Highway-H near Bennett Road in Camden County.

The highway patrol says it happened when 90-year-old Robert Shockley failed to negotiate a curve sending the pick-up he was driving off the road before striking a tree.

Shockley was not wearing a seat belt and suffered moderate injuries.

He was taken to Lake Regional Hospital.
