Those who regularly travel the Jefferson City area are being given notice by the Central District Office of the Department of Transportation about a project that will impact your commute.
Engineer Danny Roeger says extensive rehab work is planned to start soon to the Truman Boulevard bridge over Route-50.
“We are shooting for a full closure for ten days of that overpass beginning on October 9th in the early morning hours.”
Roeger also says, during that work, the ramps will be open for right-hand turns only.
Signage will be in place for detours during the project.
