The final numbers are in and it was another record-breaking effort for the Lake of the Ozarks Shootout which, of course, means the big winners were the nearly four dozen beneficiaries on the receiving ends of the fundraising.
Mark Maasen with the announcement of the $730,000 raised this year.
The Shootout Board of Directors handed out the funds Monday afternoon at Dog Days which is set to be the host location for the 37th annual event next year.
To date, since the Shootout began in 1989, more than $5,000,000 has been raised for the different beneficiaries.
