Two undocumented persons have been indicted in separate cases by a federal grand jury for illegally re-entering the U.S. after previously being deported.

That’s according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Missouri which reports one of the two, Fernando Herrera-Cruz…a Mexican National…was discovered in Camden County when he was arrested for driving without a valid driver’s license following a traffic accident.

The other, an El Salvadoran National identified as Guadalupe De Jesus Aldana Sandoval, was discovered in Pettis County.

Both are charged with illegal re-entry by a previously deported alien. The cases are part of Operation Take Back America, a nationwide initiative to push back on illegal immigration, to achieve the total elimination of cartels and transnational criminal organizations.
