Osage Beach Woman & Children Injured In Crash On HWY 5 North Of Lebanon

An Osage Beach woman and two children are injured in a one-vehicle accident late Thursday afternoon when the van the woman was driving on Highway-5 seven miles north of Lebanon hit a large rock in the roadway.

The highway patrol says the van driven by 32-year-old Destiny Schafer then traveled off the roadway before striking a tree.

Schafer and two girls, ages 5 and 13, suffered minor injuries.

The youngsters were taken to Lake Regional Hospital while Schafer chose to seek her own treatment.
