Osage Beach Looking For Bids To Build Veterans Memorial Project

The City of Osage Beach has opened a period for potential contractors to submit sealed bids for a Veterans memorial project.

The work will include removal of an existing landscape island and installation of the new memorial.

The memorial will consist of six flag poles and flags, a raised concrete pedestal with two statues, one headstone and four areas for a donor brick program provided by the Elks.

Plans and specs are on file for review at city hall and the prevailing wage will be complied with for the project.

The period to submit bids will come to a close at 12-noon on Friday, July 7^th.
