Officials In Camden County Say Old Courthouse Is Closed Until Thursday

The Old Camden County Courthouse housing various administrative offices is shut down until at least Thursday. Acting on a report of fumes from the epoxy flooring, the building has been closed to any of the workers who had already moved back in. Presiding Commissioner Ike Skelton says the fumes were creating a potentially dangerous atmosphere to work in prompting the building to be closed so it can air out. Plans are to re-open the building on Thursday.
