OBPD Sees Handful Of Arrests Over Holiday Week

Only half-a-dozen arrests are being reported by Osage Beach police for the week ending this past Sunday.

Lieutenant Michael O’Day says two people were arrested for domestic assaults with one of them also expected to be charged with second-degree kidnapping.

The other four arrests were for DWI, driving while revoked, assault and failure to appear in court on a drug charge.

Osage Beach police were also busy on the roadways initiating 186 traffic stops and assisting at a combined 78 fire and ambulance-related calls.
