NHTSA Recommends Caution And Safety For Weekend Super Bowl Parties

With the big game approaching this Sunday, those who plan to hit the road for a Super Bowl party, or host a Super Bowl party, are being given a heads up.

The U.S. Department of Transportation’s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is saying to make a game plan.

The plan includes…if you are going to a party and will be partaking in alcoholic beverages to make sure you limit consumption and have a designated driver ready in advance just in case.

NHTSA also says, if you are hosting an event, prepare plenty of snacks and have non-alcoholic beverages available.

It’s also recommended that you don’t let minors get drunk because you can be held liable for any damage they cause if they are driving after the party.
