New Alderman Sworn In The City Of Osage Beach Following April Elections

The Osage Beach Board of Aldermen is now officially in place and set until, at least, the next municipal election.

During the board’s meeting on Thursday night, election results were certified by the city and new board members were sworn in.

Richard Ross, Justin Hoffman and Bob Osteen were sworn in.

Following the oaths of office, the board then spent the next hour and a half for a public hearing and subsequent discussion on marijuana ordinances and how they relate to the new voter-approved state law allowing for recreational use.

There was no action taken on the lengthy discussion.
