MO HTC Commission Beginning Hunt For New Director

The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission will begin a nationwide search for a new director following the announced departure of Patrick McKenna, effective September 20^th.

In the meantime, MoDOT Deputy Director Ed Hassinger as been named as interim director during the transition.

Public comments will also be taken through September 3^rd to learn what the public thinks are important attributes to serve in the position.

At that time, the commission plans to post the vacancy with the intent to have a new director in place by the end of the year.
