Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey is joined by 18 other state attorney generals in taking aim at the Biden Administration’s attempt to establish a new Homeland Security program creating an illegal pathway to citizenship for hundreds of thousands.
Bailey says the action will ensure that the current laws as written will be enforced and put a stop to the out-of-control illegal immigration into the country.
The program being pushed by Biden would allow for up to 360-thousand aliens from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela to be “paroled” into the U.S. every year without a legal basis for being admitted.
The action by the coalition of attorneys general is also an attempt to stop the Biden Administration from abusing its executive authority without first engaging in the usual process required by law.
