Man Carrying A Gun At A Healthcare Facility Causes Concern In Lebanon

Some anxious moments when a man carried loaded firearms into a business in Lebanon.

Lebanon police say the 49-year-old entered Compass Health in the 800 block of Lynn Street identifying himself as a client and disclosing to his case worker that he had the firearms.

Law enforcement was requested and escorted the man off the property informing him that weapons are prohibited on the premises.

Police say at no point were there any threats or the firearms displayed. The incident is considered isolated with no ongoing threat to the community.
