Laurie Man Facing Charges After Tractor Crash In Morgan County

A 70-year-old from Laurie is injured when the tractor he was operating on North Buck Creek Road near West Haven Road in Morgan County ran off the roadway and struck a building.

The highway patrol says it happened just before 6:00 Thursday night.

Rodney Frey suffered moderate injuries and was taken to Lake Regional Hospital.

Frey is also expected to be charged with felony DWI-aggravated offender and other driving-related issues.
