Lake Regional Health System has announced the publication of its annual report for fiscal year 2024 which began May 2023 and ended April 2024.
C-E-O Kevin McRoberts says among highlights of the report include: opening the new campus in Lebanon; becoming the first in the state to earn The Joint Commission Sepsis Certification; joining the Cancer Research for the Ozarks and renewing its Level-2 STEMI (heart attack) Center designation.
Lake Regional Health System employs more than 1,200 full-time employees with combined wages topping $120.8 million.

Lake Regional Health System announces the publication of “Currents: A Community Impact Report.” The annual report covers fiscal year 2024, which began May 2023 and ended April 2024.
Highlights from the year include opening the new Lebanon Campus; becoming the first in state to earn The Joint Commission Sepsis Certification; Lake Regional Cancer Center joining Cancer Research for the Ozarks; the Auxiliary fulfilling a $300,000 pledge; the Lake Regional clinics joining the hospital on one shared electronic health record; the hospital renewing its Level II STEMI (heart attack) Center designation; and Lake Regional Orthopedics adding total knee replacements with the VELYS Robotic-Assisted Solution and the ATTUNE Knee System.

By the Numbers
Lake Regional Health System is one of the area’s largest employers with the equivalent of 1,253 full-time employees. During FY 2024, Lake Regional salaries and wages totaled more than $120.8 million, not including benefits. The report also shows Lake Regional contributed $33.1 million to the community, including charity care (at cost); community health screenings and education; and charitable contributions. This total also includes $16.1 million in taxes, including payroll, unemployment and real estate taxes.
The report includes a special thank you to the Lake Regional Hospital Auxiliary. During FY 2024, the Auxiliary raised $54,832.71 to support Lake Regional’s mission. Altogether, 61 Auxilians volunteered more than 15,000 hours in FY 2024. The Auxiliary also administered the Ethel Rayburn Nursing Scholarship program and awarded $10,000 in scholarships to deserving employees pursuing or advancing nursing careers.

Lake Regional Health System is a nonprofit organization that provides comprehensive health care services to residents and visitors throughout the mid-Missouri region. The hospital is a Level II Stroke Center, Level II STEMI (heart attack) Center and Level III Trauma Center.
