Gravois Mills Man Currently In Prison now Faces More Child Sex Crimes

A Gravois Mills man already serving time in prison on sex-related offenses involving a child now faces more trouble after new charges were filed against him on Friday in Morgan County Associate Circuit Court.

Dennis Hobbs, Junior, now faces two class-A felony counts of first-degree child molestation and a class-D felony for sexual misconduct involving a child under the age of 15.

It’s alleged in the new case that Hobbs would drug the 4-or-5-year-old victim causing her to fall asleep before molesting her. The incidents date back to 2018 and 2019.

Bond on the new charges against Hobbs was set at $500,000.
