Gravois Mills Man Arrested on Outstanding Warrants

A Gravois Mills man wanted on outstanding felony and misdemeanor warrants is taken into custody by the highway patrol in Morgan County.

The highway patrol report indicates that it happened around 7:45 Friday night.

39-year-old Richard Russell had been wanted in Morgan County on a felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor warrant for possession of paraphernalia, in Camden County for a misdemeanor driving violation and for a felony probation violation warrant.

Russell was taken to the Morgan County Jail where he is being held without bond.
