Florida Man Facing Felony Sex Charges In Morgan County Dating Back To 2003

A 63-year-old from Bushnell, Florida, faces felony sex-related charges in Morgan County for incidents which, reportedly, first occurred on Christmas Day back in 2003.

Samuel Sanders is charged with second-degree statutory rape and second-degree statutory sodomy.

It’s alleged that Sanders sexually assaulted the victim over several years, the first happening when she was only 14 years old.

Sanders has been taken into custody and entered a not guilty plea during his arraignment on Thursday.

A bond hearing is set for next week on the 17^th.

In the meantime, Sanders is being held on a $250-thousand bond in the Morgan County Jail.
