There’s a saying that time heals all wounds…it may be true in a lot of cases but not in the case of Tammy Rothganger, of Eldon, who went missing at the age of 15 just over 40 years ago.
A candlelight vigil was held this week for Rothganger with her family still determined to find answers.
“Even though there’s been a convention for her murder, at this point, there’s still to resolution for the family. They don’t have her remains…so you know, they want to give her what she deserves…and that’s a dignified burial.”
Ravae Edwards-Moore with Missouri Missing also says while any information could be vital to bringing the Rothganger case to a resolve, Missouri Missing is always looking for more people to help further the cause.
“We are still struggling as always, to find those who have the same interests as we do…it takes a special kind of person to do this work. So, we’re always looking for volunteers.”
