Elkland Woman Facing DWI Charges In Miller County

A 34-year-old woman from Elkland faces several pending charges after being arrested by the highway patrol over the weekend in Miller County.

The highway patrol report indicates that it happened shortly after 9:15 Saturday night.

Cara Harvey is expected to be charged with felony DWI-drug intoxication, possession of a controlled substance, driving revoked and unlawful possession of paraphernalia.

Harvey was released for medical treatment for undisclosed reasons.
