Eldon man Facing Additional Charges Of Possessing Child Porn

A 57-year-old man from Eldon charged with a second offense of possessing child porn will make his next appearance in the court room later this week.

David Arabie is accused of having more than 20 pictures, images and-or videos of child porn which is a class-B felony.

Arabie was formally arraigned on the charge last week and is scheduled for a case review this Friday, April 12^th.

Arabie remains being held in the Miller County Jail on a $500-thousand bond with an order that he cannot have any unsupervised contact with anyone under the age of 18 or possess an electronic device capable of connecting to the internet.
