Drive Sober Get Pulled Over Reaches Halfway Point Across Missouri

The annual Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over Campaign reaches its halfway point this week.

The effort, which runs through next weekend’s Labor Day holiday, is aimed at removing alleged drunk drivers and others who are under the influence of other substances.

Several lake area law enforcement agencies and the highway patrol are participating in the campaign which is coordinated by the U.S. Department of Transportation’s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
