Details On School Bus Crash Released

Details of a Saturday motor vehicle accident involving a School of the Osage bus have been released by Osage Beach Police.

A news release to KRMS says the crash at around 5:30 AM on Highway 42 involved the bus and a passenger car driven by an Iowa City woman.

Police say 38 year old Susan Brenneman-Wake’s vehicle crossed the center line and struck the bus which was being driven by 55 year old Jeri Burris of Osage Beach.

There was also one passenger on the bus at the time identified only as a juvenile.

All three persons were taken to Lake Regional Hospital where they were treated for minor injuries.
