Chambers Gearing Up For Christmas Activities

We may still have Halloween and Thanksgiving to come this year but, sooner than later, thoughts will be turning to that magical time of the year which is only about two-and-a-half months away…

Lake area chambers, the different cities and other groups have already been gearing up for Christmas which, in the case of the Camdenton Chamber, will officially arrive on December 6^th and 7^th.

“That Friday evening will all be coming together at the Camden County Courthouse in line for the official tree, lighting ceremony. And then on Saturday, it is our big free community event where we bring in organizations and businesses, and they set up different stations and activities for the kiddos. Santa comes out. There’s free hot dogs, free of chocolate. We do dinner, giveaways, and so much more.”

Other Christmas parades appear on the calendar for November 30^th on the west side and December 14^th in, both, Lake Ozark and Eldon.
