Camden County Gets New County Attorney

Camden County has a new attorney.

During Tuesday’s meeting, Presiding Commissioner Ike Skelton made the announcement that Charlie Dickman was appointed.”

Dickman says that he’s ready for the challenge, “I look forward to this opportunity. I thank these gentlemen for giving me this opportunity. It’s my first time in public service, so I’m really excited about this, about doing this.”

Dickman replaces now former county attorney Jeff Green.

There was reason given for Green’s departure and he was unavailable for comment when KRMS reached out to him on Tuesday.
