California Missouri Man Being Held Without Bond In Morgan County On A Federal Warrant

A California, Missouri, man is being held on no bond after being arrested just before 6:00 Tuesday afternoon by the highway patrol.

The highway patrol report says that 45-year-old Bryan Donley had been wanted on a felony U.S. Marshal’s warrant for obscene material.

Donley is being held in the Morgan County Jail.
