CADV Teams Up With SAPP To Offer Safe Bars Community Training Program

Citizens Against Domestic Violence is teaming up with the Sexual Assault Prevention Partnership to offer “Safe Bars Community Training.”

The bystander intervention training is intended for restaurant and bar employees, owners and other community members such as law enforcement.

The training goes over how to recognize and de-escalate potentially dangerous situations in a safe manner.

There are two sessions which are free and last for about two-and-a-half hours each.

The training is scheduled for next Tuesday, the 20^th, and then again on Tuesday, the 27^th…both will take place from 10:00-12:30 in the Osage Beach Central Bank Community Room.
