Brumley Man Injured In Dump Truck Accident

A Brumley man was seriously injured in an accident involving a dump truck.

Officials say 60-year-old Steven Pendleton was driving the truck and he had to stop for vehicle in front of him on Route-52 near Dry Creek Road, causing him to drive off the roadway.

Pendleton was not wearing a seat belt and both were taken to Lake Regional for treatment.
