Bailey Pushes Back At Illicit Vape & Marijuana Products

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey is taking aim at illicit vape and marijuana products.

Bailey’s office has launched a consumer protection investigation to combat dangerous and illicit products after receiving reports that distributors were potentially violating the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act by marketing to children.

Bailey says the investigation stems from adverse health incidents occurring both in Missouri and around the nation, specifically many of the incidents harming children.
