Bagnell Dam Bridge Deck Closed Again For Additional Work

The re-opening of Bagnell Dam to traffic Monday afternoon is expected to be short-lived with the roadway above the dam expected to be closed again on Wednesday and Thursday.

MoDOT crews finished bridge inspection work early but now Ameren is planning to do some lighting maintenance and survey work.

That means the bridge will be closed again to traffic from 8:30-AM to 5:00-PM on Wednesday and Thursday.

The work is weather permitting.
