Accident On HWY 54 Sends One Person To The ER

A two-vehicle accident just after 8:30 Tuesday morning on westbound-54 near Route-FF sends one person to the emergency room.

The highway patrol says the accident happened when 70-year-old Billie Admire, of Osage Beach, changed lanes into the path of a box truck driven by 51-year-old James Gregory, of Jefferson City.

Neither of the drivers were injured.

Admire’s passenger, 93-year-old Dixie Singleton of Moberly, did suffer minor injuries and was treated at Lake Regional Hospital.
