Camden County Day At The Capitol A Success Says Representative Vernetti

Camden County Day at the Capitol is being called a success.

State Representative Jeff Vernetti says a good turnout brought out several questions about current issues affecting the lake area.

“There was a lot of questions about the utility bill, open enrollment, the SEMA flood plain maps…and all of those things, I just thought it was a good conversation.”

The day also gave those who made the trip up “54” to the Capitol a chance to meet other Republican leaders, watch some of the session and take a tour of the Capitol.

Vernetti hopes to have another “Camden County at the Capitol” in 2026.
