Versailles Man Held Without Bond On Sex Charges In Miller County

A 22-year-old from Versailles is being held without bond on sex-related charges in Morgan County.

One probable cause statement alleges that Tristian Washia-Mayhew had sexual intercourse with a victim under the age of 17 and, further, had other sexual contact with the victim under the age of 17.

He’s formally charged with second-degree statutory rape and fourth-degree child molestation and is being held without bond in that case.

Washia-Mayhew is also separately charged with first-degree rape or attempted rape with a $250,000 bond set in that case.

The alleged incidents reportedly occurred between May and October of this year.

Washia-Mayhew was scheduled for a first appearance yesterday in Morgan County Associate Circuit Court.
