Rocheport Couple Facing Federal Indictments In Child Porn Case

A Rocheport husband and wife have been indictment by a federal grand jury for victimizing three children to produce child pornography.

The U.S. Attorney Western District of Missouri Office reports 34-year-olds Jeremy James Cudney and Cassandra Cudney are charged in an eight-count indictment returned in Jefferson City.

The indictment alleges that the Cudney’s conspired to produce child porn from August 25, 2019, to April 25, 2022. They are also charged together in three counts of producing child porn involving two victims…one of whom was under the age of 12 and two of whom were under the age of 16.

Assisting in the investigation leading to the charges were the Missouri State Technical Assistance Team, the Howard County Sheriff’s Department and Homeland Security.
