Warsaw Man Injured In Car Crash

A Warsaw man is seriously hurt when the car he was driving crossed over the center along a curve before running off the road and striking a tree.

The highway patrol says it happened shortly before 9:00 Tuesday night on Lost Valley Road, near Lakeview Avenue in Benton County.

37-year-old Gary Shafton was not wearing a seat belt. He was flown to University Hospital.
