MO Task Force 1 Heads To Louisiana To Help With Hurricane Efforts

Missouri Task Force-1 has been deployed to Louisiana to help with rescue operations, medical support and other emergency services.

35 personnel, 10 ground support personnel, over 100,000 pounds of equipment and two live-find K9 units are included in the deployment which teaming up with Tennessee Task Force-1 in Alexandria.

The team is also accompanied by two members of a FEMA Incident Support team who are serving as the Operations Section Chief and the Hazardous Materials Technician.
