Chicago Man Injured In Waverunner Incident

A Chicago man is seriously injured when he impacted a waverunner he was riding when it struck a large wake at the 3-mile marker of the main channel in Miller County.

The highway patrol says it happened around 5:00 Wednesday afternoon.

51-year-old Michael Cooper was taken to Lake Regional Hospital.
