Teenager Injured After Vehicle Overturns In Morgan County

A one-car accident around 2:00 Tuesday afternoon in Morgan County sends a Wardsville teenager to the hospital.

The highway patrol says it happened on Missouri-89 near the 89-spur when the 16-year-old boy overcorrected twice when the car ran off the road before striking a small embankment and overturning.

The teen was wearing a seat belt and suffered moderate injuries.

He was taken to University Hospital.
